We underline that, as fa as the purposes mentioned at sub 2) are concerned, your consent is necessary to process your personal information, in order to fulfil such purpose, anyway the aforementioned consent is not compulsory and, should you decide not to give it, this will not prejudice you to receive the services you requested.

The Controller informs that the collected personal data will be kept only for the time required to carry out the services requested by the user. As far as marketing purposes are concerned, personal data will be kept for a period of two years. As the retention period expires, personal data will be destroyed or anonymized.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTY
